MORT GLENN, EMILY FORTENCE CRUGG TIE KNOT

At noon today, long-engaged Mort Glenn (of the Fat Neck Clan) and Emily Fortence (of the Crugg clan) tied the knot. While this marriage was expected to unite the long-time enemy families, things at the reception did not go as planned.

Shortly after the salad course, Mort Glenn was found murdered with a fork in his forehead.

The body was discovered by the newlywed wife, Emily Fortence Crugg-Glenn.

"I did it," stated Crugg-Glenn, "and if he comes back to life, I'll do it again."

The motive behind the slaying of her new husband is yet to be discovered, but the initial thoughts are that the entire relationship was a play created by the Crugg's to off the youngest and only remaining human Glenn, Mort.

"I'm keeping the name, though." stated Crugg-Glenn.

Riots are expected in the near future, as Abner Glenn stated he will not stand for the offing.

"I've contacted the Pepano clan, and you can expect retaliation from the Glenn's in the near future!"
